So why did Jesus come down from heaven to save us ?
There was a great war in Heaven, and Lucifer, who was one of God`s highest ranking angels, tried to take over God`s throne because he became proud and thought that he was greater then God. He persuaded a third of the angels in Heaven that he was better then God and waged war against God and his Heavenly hosts.Eventually the war was won by God and Lucifer and the angels he persuaded were thrown out of Heaven to the earth.
Lucifer became known as the devil from then on, and because of God`s love for man he has lied and tricked his way into man`s life here on earth, using his demons to possess, as well as deceive man by enslaving him to sin, using man`s earthly lusts and desires against him. Bringing sickness, evil and all manner of sin into the world. Sin is disobedience against God.
The devil hates man because of God`s love for him, and will do anything he can to stop you accepting God`s love and acceptance through his Divine Sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ for mankind.
From the time when Adam & Eve died spiritually in the Garden Of Eden, God cursed the earth and said that man would have to work hard to get anything of value from the earth. At that time also the universe started to decay .He also said because Eve believed the devil and persuaded Adam to do what God said not to do, that her pain in childbirth would be severe.
He also sent them out of the Garden for their disobedience.Because of God`s curse, after that man was born a sinful creature instead of a perfect one, because Adam & Eve`s disobedience let sin come into the world. Contaminating God`s perfect creation.
From that time on till the coming of Jesus to the earth,man had to build a place of Holiness, a tabernacle or temple where a blood sacrifice was the only acceptable offering that God would accept as atonement for our sins.
God made man from the earth, from dust, and breathed into Him and gave him life. When God breathed into Adam man was born spiritually as well as physically, having a spirit which was given by God as well as a soul. When Adam & Eve disobeyed God, this spiritual connection was severed and man died spiritually, and continued to live physically but would eventually die physically as well because of man`s disobedience to God. ( sin )
God had already devised a plan to reconcile man to Him, and what an incredible plan it was. This just proves how much God loves us and why we should love Him and go His way and not our own, which leads to death and destruction and set apart from God`s love.
It says in the Bible that God`s love endures for ever,and God knew what He had to do to bring us to that place where we would be acceptable to Him. To show his love to all people and take away the sin of the world through His Son`s death and resurrection. The perfect blood sacrifice that would be acceptable for our sins against Him.Jesus, God`s perfect Son, was the sacrificial lamb who was slain for us.
He paid the price so that you and I may accept his offering and have Eternal Life, because we have believed by faith and not by what we have seen, but what we know in our hearts to be true, and did not search after any other gods, or worship man made things made out of gold or precious stones or idols to beasts or heavenly creatures.
Because there is no other God, for He is God alone and He loves you, and wants you to worship, and praise Him and Glorify Him in this love, to rule with Him and be with Him for Eternity.
God is going to make everything new. He is going to give, to the ones that He has chosen, new bodies which will be both spiritual and physical, that will not decay or feel pain, for there will be no more pain, or suffering nor death
. Hell and death and Satan and all that followed him,will be thrown into the Lake of Fire to be in torment for all Eternity, instead of being in God`s love and light, and ruling with Him as Kings for ever and ever .
There are no clocks in Heaven, for there is no such thing as time. Just Eternal fellowship as God`s adopted family....What a Great God He is, He alone is worthy of all Glory, Honor and Praise....Thank You Jesus, Thank You Holy Spirit and Thank You Abba Father...Amen
